Please don't forget that when you visit our office that you will need to bring the following items:

1. Your drivers license

2. Proof of your Social Security number.

3. 2 months of recent pay stubs

4. 2 years of tax returns

5. ALL bills, whether they want to wipe them out or not

6. Copies of ALL law suits filed by you or against you
 
7. Every single letter from a collection agency or attorney. Don't bring some and say the rest look the same. If you have a grocery bag filled with letters, bring them ALL!

If you are going to be late, or need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact our office in advance and notify us as soon as possible.
