When will I know when my debts are discharged
The Quick Answer
Approximately 60 days after your hearing, the court will mail discharge notices to you, your attorney, and all of your creditors. The discharge notice will say that your dischargeable debts have been discharged.
The Long Answer
However, you will need to check with a qualified bankruptcy attorney to see which debts are dischargeable, and which debts still need to be paid.
